STECH Institute of Computer Education, owned by Bharat Soni, was established in 2004 and is functioning under the STICE Society, which was registered under S.R.Act 21 OF 1860, Govt. of Haryana. The Institute was established with the noble aim of advancing and disseminating knowledge and maintaining highest standard of learning through teaching, research, extension education Programme and conceptual aspects relevant to the need of the state. Soni, the Founder Chairman of the SOCIETY, having vast experience in the field of education, is committed to bring about an all round social transformation by spreading quality education in rural and urban areas throughout India.
