Quick Indiashall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such activity. You hereby release Quick India from all claims arising from such activity.
Ownership
Except for the Content submitted by members or users, the Quick IndiaService and all aspects thereof, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights therein, is owned by Quick India or its licensors. You acknowledge that the Quick India and any underlying technology or software used in connection with the Quick IndiaService contain Quick India’S proprietary information. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display or in any way exploit, any of the content, software, and/or materials available on the Quick India Site, or Quick IndiaServices in whole or in part except as expressly provided in Quick India's policies and procedures. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, Quick India and its suppliers do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in the Quick India Service not expressly granted by Quick India to you are retained by Quick India.

Quick India MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS OR INFORMATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES, CONTENT OR SERVICES
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If any dispute, controversy or claim arises out of, or in relation to, or in connection with this Agreement or its termination or validity, the parties shall attempt to mutually resolve the same through mediation.
However, if the parties fail to resolve the above dispute within a period of 30 days, the same shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, appointed by Quick IndiaThe place of arbitration shall be in NOIDA, India and it shall be conducted in English.
The award of the arbitrator shall be final, conclusive and binding upon the parties
The courts in NOIDA shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising between the User and the Service Provider with Quick India.
The User and Service Provider agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of this Platform or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year. Any claim or cause of action which may arise or is filed after a period of one year from the date of transaction shall not be entertained and shall be barred.
